Shipping policy

United States Shipping

Greentrees Glass currently ships within the United States only. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and available carrier rates.

Order Processing

Ready-to-ship items that are currently in stock are normally packaged and shipped within 1–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Some designs may be offered as made-to-order or backordered items. These pieces are individually handmade after the order is placed rather than taken from inventory at another retail location. Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, and appearance may occur.

The estimated production time for a made-to-order or backordered item will be shown on the product listing when available and confirmed after the order is placed. The finished piece will ship as soon as it is completed.

Memorial glass and other fully custom pieces require a separate production timeline. The design, current pricing, expected completion time, and delivery arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Carriers and Tracking

We primarily ship through USPS, but another carrier may be selected when it provides a better or more appropriate option for the order.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control.

Local Pickup and Delivery

Free local delivery is available within Vacaville city limits. Local pickup is also available by appointment. Delivery or pickup arrangements will be coordinated after the order is placed.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Greentrees Glass within 48 hours of delivery at mattgreentrees@gmail.com. Include photographs of the damaged item and its packaging so we can work with you on a replacement or refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking has not updated or your package appears to be lost, please contact Greentrees Glass so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Greentrees Glass is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
